Same Day Delivery Policy

Enjoy your favourite vape products the same day you order — fast, reliable, and straight to your door in the GTA, Peel, and Hamilton Region.

🚚 How It Works

  • Place Your Order Online
    • Add your products to cart and head to checkout
    • If your address is eligible, Same Day Delivery will appear as a shipping option
  • Cut-Off Time
    • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to receive them the same day
    • Orders placed after the cut-off or on statutory holidays will be delivered the next business day
  • Delivery Window
    • Orders arrive before 10:00 PM 
    • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or age verification requirements. We are not liable for late deliveries.

📍 Delivery Zones

Our Same Day Delivery service currently covers major areas in:
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and surrounding areas.

If the “Same Day Delivery” option does not appear at checkout but you believe you’re within range, email support@boupsvape.ca with your postal code — we’re always expanding our coverage.

🔞 Age Verification

  • You must be of legal vaping age in your province
  • A government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery
  • Packages cannot be left unattended — if no eligible recipient is present, re-delivery may be arranged (fee may apply)
  • Orders will be cancelled and not refunded if you fail age verification

💵 Pricing

  • Free Same Day Delivery on orders over $60 before tax
  • Flat fee of $15 for orders under that amount

  • If you missed the delivery for any reason, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery (fee may apply)
  • Same Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
  • If you’re outside our Same Day Delivery zone, you can still enjoy fast shipping via Canada Post (see our Shipping Policy for details)
