At Boups Vape, we want to make managing your orders as simple and transparent as possible.
Whether you need to cancel, make a change, or check the status of your delivery, we’re here to help.


Cancelling an Order

We understand that plans can change.

  • Same-Day Delivery Orders:
    Orders placed for same-day delivery can be cancelled up to 30 minutes after placing your order by contacting us at support@boupsvape.ca or through our live chat service.
    After 30 minutes, your order may already be packed or out for delivery and cannot be cancelled.
  • Canada Post Orders:
    Orders shipped via Canada Post can be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been issued, we can no longer cancel the order.

Making Changes to an Existing Order

Need to add, remove, or change an item?

  • Contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat.
  • Changes to same-day delivery orders must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • For Canada Post orders, changes can be made until the order is processed and a tracking number is issued.

Checking Your Order Status

Order tracking information is provided through our delivery courier partners. You can easily check where your order is in the process:

  • Same-Day Delivery Orders:
    You will receive email or SMS updates when your order is confirmed, packed, and out for delivery. (Coming soon: live tracking links for real-time updates).
  • Canada Post Orders:
    You will receive a tracking number once your package ships. Simply click the link in your confirmation email to track it on Canada Post’s website.

Important Notes

  • Age Verification: All deliveries require valid, government-issued photo ID.
  • Unavailable to Receive Order: If you are not available for same-day delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Underage Purchases: If you are found to be under the legal vaping age in your province, your order will be cancelled without refund.
